The beginning
Alta Beacon started with a shared frustration — and a shared belief.
Between us, we’ve spent decades inside ERP implementations: leading them, living them, and sometimes cleaning up after the ones that didn’t go the way they should have. We’ve seen what happens when the people building a system aren’t close enough to the business to get the details right. And we’ve seen what’s possible when they are.

Came up through supply chain — trained as a logistics engineer in Paris, then spent years leading implementations and building internal teams across industries from biotechnology to food manufacturing.
Chad
Came up through Dynamics 365 and the hands-on technical work that sits underneath it, drawn to the complex, operationally messy problems where the real work lives.
