I’m Caroline, co-founder of Alta Beacon. I’ve been working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 since 2008 — across consulting roles, senior in-house positions, and now building the kind of firm I always wished existed when I was on the client side.
I trained as a logistics and supply chain engineer in Paris — but my work has always lived at the intersection of process and people. Over the years that’s meant leading ERP implementations, building internal teams, and driving transformation across finance, supply chain, and operations in industries from biotechnology to food manufacturing.
What I care most about is the detail with real consequences, the processes where getting it wrong has immediate, measurable impact on the business. I’m drawn to complexity, especially the kind that’s been papered over for too long. Finding what’s actually broken, being honest about it, and fixing it in a way that holds — that’s the work I find most meaningful.

“Drawn to the messy, operationally complex problems where the real work lives”
I’m Chad, co-founder of Alta Beacon. Caroline and I started it on a simple belief: an ERP system should actually fit how a business runs, not the other way around. That starts with listening. Really understanding how an operation works before we touch the technology.
My background is in Dynamics 365 and hands-on technical work, drawn to the messy, operationally complex problems where the real work lives — especially in food and beverage, retail, and manufacturing. Most of my days are spent leading our technical team and shaping the architecture behind our solutions, and increasingly building the AI tooling and automation, without losing the judgment that makes the difference. It’s the work I’m proudest to be part of.
